What it is

Structured validation at the point that matters

Most solutions move from idea to market without a disciplined evaluation at the point where it would make the greatest difference. The AI Solution Validation Tool provides that evaluation -- identifying what is missing, what is assumed, and what carries unaddressed risk before any client conversation begins.

01
AI recommends. Human decides.
The AI identifies material gaps and weaknesses. It does not approve or reject submissions. Decision authority rests entirely with the Head of Solutions at all times.
02
Materiality over volume
The tool surfaces issues that could affect a decision to proceed, refine, pause, or stop. It does not generate long lists of minor observations. The output limit forces genuine prioritisation.
03
Consistency across submissions
Every submission is evaluated against the same framework with the same weighting logic. The quality of validation does not depend on who reviews it or how much time they have.
04
Evidence transparency
Every finding records its evidence status. The difference between a confirmed position and an asserted one is visible in the output and captured in the audit record.

How it works

Two tiers. Seven domains. One decision.

Every submission begins with a maturity gate. Your answer determines the scope of validation, the strategic alignment criteria that are active, and the maximum number of findings the AI returns.

Conceptual Tier
Exploring an idea
For early-stage thinking where the offer is not yet fully defined. Tests whether the direction is worth developing before committing resource.
Domains: D1, D2, D3
Criteria: C1, C3, C4
Max findings: 3
Development Tier
Developing a solution
For structured development where the offer, delivery model, and resources are being defined. A full validation before market engagement.
Domains: D1 through D6, plus D7
Criteria: C1 through C7
Max findings: 5

See it in use

Development-tier validation of a proposed client benchmarking service for the professional services sector. Two of five findings are shown below. All details are fictional.

Finding 1 of 5
D3 — Commercial Integrity
Critical Missing
The cost assumptions reference a margin range of 55 to 65 per cent but provide no evidence of how direct costs have been validated against existing delivery experience.
Impact
If direct costs are underestimated, the margin position may not be achievable, undermining the commercial case for the solution.
Strengthening Requirement
Provide a cost build-up that maps each resource requirement to a costed activity and confirms the basis for the margin assumption.
Finding 2 of 5
D4 — Delivery Feasibility
Critical Assumed
The delivery model assumes access to a sector benchmark dataset, but no evidence is provided that this dataset exists or is in development.
Impact
Without a validated benchmark dataset, the core product proposition cannot be delivered, making the solution non-viable in its current form.
Strengthening Requirement
Confirm the source, scope, and availability of the benchmark dataset, or set out a credible plan and timeline for its development.
